美公布2000亿美元对华商品征税清单 涉及自行车共24个税目，其中6个整车和18个零部件

7月10日，美国贸易代表办公室发布拟对2000亿美元的中国商品征收10%关税的建议商品清单，并将举行听证会，征求公众意见。征税产品清单包括6031个税目，其中涉及我们行业从87120025“普通自行车”至87120050“其他自行车”，共6个税目项下的自行车整车产品，以及从87149120“自行车架”至87149690“自行车曲柄”，共18个税目项下的零部件产品。
公告称，拟征税清单将征求公众意见，经公开通知、公众评论、公开听证会后由美国贸易代表办公室发布最终征税产品清单，具体时间安排如下：
2018年7月27日为申请参加公开听证会截止日期。在递交申请时，申请人应当同时提交听证会证词概要。公开听证会参加申请应在regulations.gov网站的USTR-2018-0026案号下提交。
2018年8月17日为书面评论意见提交截止日期。书面评论意见应在regulations.gov网站的USTR-2018-0026案号下提交。
2018年8月20日至23日为公开听证会日期。
2018年8月30日为听证会后反驳评论意见提交截止日期。
建议相关出口企业保持关注中美经贸关系的最新变化，密切关注美市场变化，降低经营风险。建议企业可根据美方发布的程序及要求提交反对征税意见，或发动美国的客户向美国贸易代表办公室提交相关评论意见。
